Most hypnotherapists are not medically trained, and so will not aim to treat medical or psychiatric illness, unless the client is under a doctor's supervision, and then hypnosis is used as a supplement to medical care. 


How many sessions will I need?

This varies for everyone.  Some may require 3 or 5 sessions, but virtually everybody feels at least some relief after the first visit.
